Chase Group Construction was founded by Chase Landry in Lafayette, Louisiana, built on more than 21 years of experience in South Louisiana’s construction industry. A graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Chase established his career in Acadiana with a foundation rooted in both hands-on field experience and strategic leadership.
His background spans commercial construction, land development, and real estate investment, providing a comprehensive understanding of projects from initial concept through execution. From early roles in the field to company ownership, Chase’s progression reflects a deep respect for craftsmanship, accountability, and the long-standing values of his family’s construction legacy.

Chase Group Construction evolved to meet client demand for a comprehensive, full-service partner. By obtaining a real estate broker’s license and expanding into land development, the firm enhanced its capabilities in site selection, due diligence, and early-phase project planning.

The establishment of the company’s Civil Division further strengthens its ability to deliver integrated civil construction services with consistency and accountability.
Generations of Louisiana Builders
Chase was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana but grew up in Morgan City where he learned the commercial construction business under the tutelage of his father and family of hands-on craftsman in South Louisiana including welding, steel fabrication, steel erection, and master carpenters.
Early Experience
Beginning as an owner-operator of commercial and residential income properties, Chase developed a data-informed approach to investment and execution. This foundation led to raw land development, where strategic planning and constructability are evaluated together to maximize long-term value.
